How to get it
The Blinky Sprite is found in chests during a match, the same way every other Sprite is. Pick it up, survive, and extract while carrying it — extraction is what makes it permanent. Each of its 4 variants is a separate find, so a Base Blinky and a Gold Blinky have to be extracted individually.
