The One Wish Willow Sprite is found in chests during a match, the same way every other Sprite is. Pick it up, survive, and extract while carrying it — extraction is what makes it permanent. Each of its 6 variants is a separate find, so a Base One Wish Willow and a Gold One Wish Willow have to be extracted individually.
